House rules

  • We are a strictly non-smoking guesthouse — thank you for smoking only in the designated outdoor areas.
  • For the comfort of all guests, we do not accommodate persons under the influence of alcohol.
  • The apartments are intended for accommodation only, not for any business activity.
  • Based on past experience, we reserve the right to decline bookings from applicants registered at a municipal (registry-office) address.
  • If you arrive after 10 p.m., please respect the night-time quiet. Check-in is from 2 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m.
